Return Policy

At MN Fashion & Cosmetics, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. The parcel must be completely unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging.

Because we sell cosmetics, skincare, beauty, body-care, and hair-care products, opened, used, unsealed, or tampered parcels cannot be returned. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. A refund is only available for an eligible unopened and undamaged parcel that meets our return conditions.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days with your order details and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Once an approved return is received and checked, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. Shipping or delivery charges may not be refundable.
